WinnerLex is a group of attorneys with many years of experience, who came together in 2010 to defend their clients' business interests.

Since 2010, we have been serving Ukrainian, foreign and international business structures on permanent basis, with the attorney becoming partners since 1994. Our attorneys have won hundreds of lawsuits, often amounting to hundreds of millions of hryvnias, and have provided legal support for complex business projects.

Our experience

WinnerLex attorneys canceled the decision to refuse to register a tax invoice in the amount of VAT of more than UAH 1 million, since they proved that the tax authority did not determine the specific list of documents that needed to be submitted to the taxpayer either in the receipt or in the decision to refuse to register.

WinnerLex attorneys have secured a debt recovery of 1.3 million UAH in favor of the client. The court agreed that the absence of the parties’ seals on the documents does not relieve the defendant from the obligation to pay for the goods received, and the compilation of powers of attorney to receive inventory items is not mandatory.

WinnerLex attorneys have defended the interests of the client when returning currency valuables seized by customs at the airport, and obtained a court decision to avoid punishment in the form of confiscation and to obligate customs to return the seized currency in full.

Our tax lawyers have proven in court that all episodes of violations identified in the act of check are illegal and unreasonable, as a result of which the tax notice-decision in the amount of about 1 million UAH was canceled in full.

WinnerLex attorneys have defended a company with foreign investments from unreasonable demands of the city council to vacate a land plot in the Administrative Court of Cassation as part of the Supreme Court

WinnerLex acted as an adviser on the Ukrainian legislation of the Agromino international agricultural holding when concluding a deal worth about 13 million EUR for the acquisition of Resilient – agricultural holding, which owns 17 agricultural companies in Ukraine and a significant land bank.

The Dnepropetrovsk Regional Administrative Court upheld a number of lawsuits by WinnerLex attorneys on canceling the decisions of the Dnipropetrovsk Customs for a total amount of UAH 1,162,277.49, and recovered court fee and 66 000,00 UAH expenses for the services of lawyers

Attorneys of WinnerLex have defended the interests of the client and his right to conduct business activity in the lawsuit against the State Emergency Situations Service which suspended the operation of the enterprise without providing the business entity with a deadline to eliminate the identified violations

WinnerLex tax lawyers proved in court the lawfulness of the non admission of an unscheduled field tax audit by the client, since the client provided all the necessary explanations and documents to the tax authority

Attorneys of WinnerLex won the lawsuit against an unscrupulous counterparty of a client who, using the absence of formalized supply contracts, refused to pay for the goods to our client. The court recovered the full amount of the debt and all legal expenses, including legal aid of a lawyer.

WinnerLex tax lawyers won the case after a 2-year-old scam of a lawyer who received a fee and did not take any legal action to protect the client in court. In fact, the case was won in all instances, the tax compromise was implemented and the tax decision on the additional charge of the entire personal income tax to the client was appealed.

Errors in the documentation did not stop winning the dispute against the fiscal service and defend the interests of the client by more than 4 million UAH. The lawyers of WinnerLex proved in court that the reality of a business transaction is determined by the fact of the movement of assets and the change in the obligations of the enterprise, and not by the details of the documents drawn up.
