• Prior to joining the WinnerLex team, Serhiy Melnychenko gained experience in one of the leading retail companies, the State Tax Service, and a law firm specializing in business support.
• During his time in the State Tax Service, Serhiy has accompanied more than a hundred lawsuits; accompanied tax inspections, labor inspections, inspections on labor protection; represented the interests of clients before various government agencies;
• During his work in retail he accompanied the registration of the opening of new business units, obtaining licenses for trade in excisable goods, prepared responses to the requirements of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine and its territorial bodies.

In 2012 he graduated from the Academy of Labor and Social Relations (specialist diploma).
