Prior to joining the WinnerLex team, Olena gained practical experience in agricultural and commercial law. She has experience in drafting court documents, providing legal advice, analyzing and drafting contracts, registering property rights, registering legal entities, making changes to constituent documents, privatizing real estate.

In 2014, she graduated from the Faculty of Law of Donetsk National University.
