Experience:
- Prior to joining the WinnerLex team, Yarovy Artem gained experience in the Main Department of the State Tax Service of Ukraine for over 8 years, and in recent years has held the position of Head of Department.
- During his work in the Main Department of the State Tax Service of Ukraine Artem has accompanied more than 500 court cases, including unscheduled inspections, scheduled inspections, in-house and factual inspections, last year he accompanied cases on appeals against decisions invoices.
- According to Yarov Artem’s application for review of the court decision by the Supreme Court of Ukraine and personal participation in court hearings, the decision of the Supreme Court of Ukraine was included in the TOP 10 decisions of the Supreme Court of Ukraine on tax disputes in 2015. which is approved by the Administrative Court of Cassation of the Supreme Court.
Education:
In 2020 he received a master’s degree in Public Administration and Administration from the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine.
In 2011 he graduated from Kyiv National Economic University. V. Hetman has a master’s degree in “Jurisprudence”.
