• Prior to joining the WinnerLex team, Bogdan Nosik had experience in energy companies in leading positions, including the head of the legal department.
• Bogdan has a practice of successfully resolving various economic, civil, and labor disputes, including those related to debt collection, execution and termination of contracts, accompanying inspections by regulatory authorities and judicial protection of clients in various categories of disputes.
