Today, on July 18, 2019, the managing partner of WinnerLex, Anna Vinnychenko, conducted a workshop on tax and labor risks, audits, and methods of optimization at the Business Club.

The issues of access/non-access to audits, proper business structuring, the legal vacuum during State Labor Service inspections, and, most importantly, how to prove the position of a conscientious taxpayer and employer in court remain consistently relevant.
