Under the Law of Ukraine “On the Bar and Practice of Law” No. 5076-VI of 5 July 2012 and the Rules of Advocate Ethics approved by the Reporting and Election Congress of Advocates of Ukraine on 9 June 2017, “the procedure for calculating the fee (fixed amount, hourly payment), the grounds for changing the amount of the fee, the procedure for its payment, the conditions of its return, etc. are specified in the legal aid agreement. The pricing policy takes into account the complexity of the case, the qualifications, experience and workload of the attorney and other circumstances”. For the optimum balance between the financial interests of clients and the required volume of WinnerLex resources involved, our pricing for legal services provides for different payment systems: hourly, fixed, court advocacy and legal service subscription. Moreover, different payment systems may be used in relations with a particular client and even within the same project.

Only after estimation of perspectives of defending the client`s interests, we take up such a case and enter into an agreement.
