Based on the analysis of the provided resumes and motivation letters, candidates who best meet the specified requirements and criteria will be invited for an interview. Following the interview, selected candidates will be sent a written assignment, which consists of an analytical section and a section with procedural documents. The final stage of the competition is a personal interview with the partners of WinnerLex Law Firm with the finalists for the vacant position to determine the sole winner, who not only meets the qualification requirements but also shares our values and approach to professional duties.
- Presence of a certificate of the right to practice law
- At least 5 years of work experience
- Higher legal education (additional financial or economic education is welcome)
- Deep knowledge and practical experience in commercial, corporate, land, tax, administrative, labor, and procedural law, IT law, and copyright law
- Experience in participating in court proceedings, with a track record of successfully resolved legal disputes
- Experience working with foreign economic contacts – welcomed
- Experience in M&A, reorganization, corporate changes
- Knowledge of legislation and procedures for inspections by state regulatory authorities
- Knowledge of legislation and procedures for enforcement proceedings and bankruptcy
- Full legal support of the internal business operations of the company’s client enterprises
- Comprehensive legal support of client enterprises’ interactions with counterparties
- Claims and litigation work, representation of clients’ interests in courts, preparation of procedural documents, lawsuits, appeals, and cassation complaints, petitions, etc.
- Interaction with regulatory authorities, representation of clients’ interests in government authorities, tax authorities, justice bodies, executive service, prosecution, police, etc.
- Drafting and legal expertise of contracts
- Conducting legal research and analysis of current legislation, drafting legal conclusions
- Monitoring legislation for changes and their direct impact on the business activities of the company’s clients, reflecting them in relevant reports
- Providing legal consultations both orally and in writing
- Preparing requests and responses to various regulatory authorities
- Challenging acts, decisions, orders, etc., from regulatory and law enforcement agencies
- Registration, re-registration, and liquidation of legal entities
- Legal risk analysis
- Conducting legal audits of companies
- Performing other duties as required by the position
