Working hours:from 9:00 to 18:00, except weekends.
- Based on the analysis of the submitted CVs and motivation letters, candidates who best meet the specified requirements and criteria will be invited for an interview.
- Following the interview, selected candidates will be sent a written assignment consisting of an analytical section and a section with procedural documents.
- The final stage of the competition is a personal interview of the WinnerLex partners with the finalists for the vacant position to determine the sole winner, who not only meets the qualification requirements but also shares our values and approach to professional duties.
- higher legal education (graduates of the Faculty of Law of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv are welcome)
- high diploma grades in commercial, corporate, land, tax, administrative, labour and procedural law
- ability to work with legislative databases and court decision databases
- full legal support of the work of the firm's attorneys, carrying out their tasks and requirements
- drafting legal opinions taking into account legislation and case law
- drafting procedural documents
- interaction with regulatory authorities,
- representation of interests in state authorities and administration, tax authorities, justice and enforcement service bodies, the prosecutor's office, the police, etc.
- providing legal advice orally and in writing
- drafting and legal review of contracts
- monitoring legislation for changes and their direct impact on the business activities of the firm's clients, reflecting them in relevant memos
- preparing requests and responses to various regulatory authorities
- registration, re-registration and liquidation of legal entities
- legal risk analysis
- performing other duties required by the position
