Taking into account the entry into force of the Association Agreement between the European Union and Ukraine, there is a growing need for a detailed and professional discussion on the prospects of creating new electronic identification schemes. These schemes would elevate the system of unlimited trust services, a crucial component of the life of the e-government, in its legal, technological, and economic aspects.

As part of PKI-FORUM UA 2017 on September 4, Senior Corporate Business Protection Lawyer at WinnerLex Law Firm, Tetiana Saurina, along with Anton Yaremenko, Lawyer at Axon Partners (Anton Yaremenko Remote Associate – Kharkiv), delivered a presentation on the topic “Practical Aspects of Corporate Information Protection under Ukrainian Law.”

This type of Forum is not held for the first time in Ukraine, and it remains the only and unique industry event that brings together service providers and users of electronic digital signatures (EDS) and provides an in-depth discussion on the topic of electronic digital signatures in Ukraine.

The main goal of the Forum is to create an information platform for discussion, exchanging opinions and experiences between experts, representatives of state authorities, and businesses. This allows participants to learn about advancements in the provision of electronic digital signatures (EDS), as well as solutions to problematic issues related to the peculiarities of regulatory framework and technological barriers.
