Not easy way of customs clearance: from declaration to court decision

Ukrainian importers are well aware that customs clearance is like a lottery of customs duty – you can never be sure in advance whether there will be a refusal in customs clearance, whether the customs value will be upstated, samples sent to the laboratory, or even a lawsuit is needed to be prepared immediately.
