The managing partner of WinnerLex Law Firm, Anna Vinnychenko, defended the client’s interests in a dispute with the tax authorities involving an amount of over 5 million hryvnias

The managing partner of WinnerLex Law Firm, Anna Vinnychenko, once again proved that she is one of the best specialists in Ukraine in the field of tax law, defending the client’s interests in a dispute with the tax authorities over an amount exceeding 5 million hryvnias in the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine.

As a result of a tax audit, one of the central tax offices in Kyiv imposed additional tax liabilities and unjustifiably recognized the tax credit as invalid, wrongly deeming the company’s transactions with counterparties as fictitious (invalid). However, a well-developed legal position and knowledge of current judicial practice countered these claims by the tax authorities. On April 1, 2014, in the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine, Anna Vinnychenko, managing partner of WinnerLex Law Firm, defended the client’s interests in a tax dispute amounting to over 5 million hryvnias.
