The Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry / Ukrainian CCI The Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry / Ukrainian CCI is implementing a large-scale pan-European project in Ukraine, which is managed by EUROCHAMBRES (Association of European Chambers of Commerce and Industry) in consortium with BEUC (European Consumers’ Organisation) and SMEunited (Association of Small and Medium Enterprises in Europe). The project is funded by the European Union with the support of the European Commission. And we are very pleased to announce that Anna Vinnychenko, Managing Partner of WinnerLex Attorneys at Law, has become the first national trainer in consumer law in the European Union.

This is a very big step towards proactive support of Ukrainian business in working in the new environment, and we are incredibly grateful to Gennadiy Chyzhykov, Valeriia Zabashta and Anna Lyubyma for organising and implementing such an important project, as the implementation of European legislation is ongoing and many norms have already been reflected in amendments to the legislation.

We are currently doing a lot of work to adapt the European Commission’s materials to Ukrainian legislation and court practice. And very soon we will announce training sessions on the EU Consumer Law programme for business representatives and those wishing to undergo the relevant certified training. The materials will be translated and presented in Ukrainian, with an interactive combination of practical and basic training.
