• Prior to joining the WinnerLex team, Artem Yarovy gained more than 8 years of experience at the Main Department of the State Tax Service of Ukraine, holding the position of Head of Division in recent years.
• While working at the Main Department of the State Tax Service of Ukraine, Artem handled more than 500 court cases, in particular concerning unscheduled, scheduled, desk and factual inspections; in his last year there he handled cases challenging decisions of the commission on suspension of registration of a tax invoice/adjustment calculation in the Unified Register of Tax Invoices.
• Following the application for review of a court decision by the Supreme Court of Ukraine written by Artem Yarovy and his personal participation in the court hearings, the resolution of the Supreme Court of Ukraine was included in the TOP 10 decisions of the Supreme Court of Ukraine on tax disputes for 2015; its conclusions have remained relevant for more than 5 years and are shared by the Administrative Court of Cassation within the Supreme Court.

In 2020 he obtained a master's degree in “Public Management and Administration” from the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine.

In 2011 he obtained a master's degree in “Jurisprudence” from Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University.
