Based on the analysis of the submitted resumes and motivational letters, candidates who best meet the specified requirements and criteria will be invited for an interview. Following the interview, selected candidates will be sent a written assignment, consisting of an analytical section and a section with procedural documents. The final stage of the selection process will be a personal interview with the partners of WinnerLex LLC and the finalists of the recruitment process for the vacant position, to determine the sole winner who not only meets the qualification requirements but also shares our values and approach to professional duties.
Qualification requirements
- Presence of a certificate of the right to practice law
- At least 5 years of work experience
- Higher legal education (additional financial or economic education is a plus)
- In-depth knowledge and practical application of business, corporate, land, tax, administrative, labor, and procedural law
