Grygoriy Chumas

Representation of interests of legal entities and individuals in courts of general jurisdiction, in commercial and administrative courts, business law, civil law, land and real estate transactions, tax law.

Before joining WinnerLex Grygoriy Chumas had a huge working experience in big companies of energy sector on leading positions, including head of legal department, and strong experience of legal support of economic activity of leading mechanical engineering plant.

Grygoriy has extensive experience in successfully resolving various commercial and civil disputes, including those related to debt collection, execution and termination of contracts, recognition and appeal of real estate rights, development of legal schemes for the implementation of business decisions, legal support during inspections and appeal against decisions and actions of regulatory bodies, support for enforcement of court decisions.

Represented the interests of groups of machine-building enterprises, agricultural firms, development companies, energy companies in the courts of all instances and jurisdictions, in relations with law enforcement and control bodies, state authorities and local self-government.

In 2004 he graduated with honors from the Law Faculty of the East Ukrainian National University named after Volodymyr Dahl.
