representation of interests of legal entities and individuals in courts of general jurisdiction, in commercial and administrative courts, including resolvation of corporate and customs disputes, banking disputes, advisory, contractual work, business registration and reorganization.

Daria has experience in resolving various commercial and civil disputes, including those related to debt collection, execution and termination of contracts, customs disputes, settlement of issues arising during the import of goods into Ukraine. She has experience in legal support of all issues of corporate governance of joint stock companies, organization and holding of shareholders’ meetings, registration of their decisions, cooperation with the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, with the National Depository of Ukraine, registration and reorganization of legal entities.
